Veterinary Receptionist required to join the friendly team in our award-winning and busy Veterinary Practice. Full time (40 hours per week) or part-time pro rata hours. Reception requires cover 7.45am to 7.15pm and Saturdays 8am to 5pm, with a regular day and rotating days off in the week according to the rota for the full-time position.
A dedicated, friendly and energetic person is needed, with excellent telephone and face-to face communication skills plus empathy with our pet owning customers. Previous customer care experience, computer literacy, good keyboard skills, including Word and Excel competency are essential. Receptionists are extremely important members of our team, as they are on the front line and are the first point of contact with our clients. They are pivotal for maintaining our exceptional level of customer care, both to our pet patients and their human carers.
The job also carries some administrative duties to support our office staff. Support and CPD will be provided both in house and externally to develop the required skills.
