Emergencies
Always telephone 01442 216048 if you urgently require veterinary attention. Our emergency service is available from 8pm to 8.30am and at weekends. Listen carefully to the on-call number to telephone to speak directly to an experienced member of staff. Please note that it is more effective to take your pet to the surgery for urgent attention. Full emergencency facilities are only available on-site in the surgery. Although we will always consider a request for a visit, please remember that there may be times when this is not feasable. Always telephone in advance of your arrival at the surgery to alert the emergency staff. Occasionally you will be directed to one of the veterinary surgeries in the neighbouring town of Berkhamsted because at certain times we have a pre-arranged shared Night Service with both local practices there, Clarke and Marshall and St Johns Veterinary Surgery.
